When you contact Way-Mar about your home improvement project, your request will be given to one of our trained estimators who will call you to book an on-site visit. We will meet with you, review the details and scope of your project and gain a better understanding of what you would like to accomplish with your renovation – your style and lifestyle preferences – as well as discuss project timelines.

After taking preliminary measurements of your project, we will provide you with rough-price estimates. As you begin selecting specific features and design elements, we can draw concept sketches and create a formal quote with as accurate a price as possible, always taking time to answer any questions or concerns you might have.

When you are ready to go ahead with the project, the contract will be drawn up for you to sign. We’ll handle the building permit approvals and schedule the work, working with you collaboratively throughout the entire process.

Our solid project management process helps to ensure that your project runs smoothly and with minimal disruptions. By working in partnership with you every step of the way, we can successfully maintain regular communication, accommodate your preferences and address any issues that may arise.

Current Lead Times

Renovation Projects: Spring/Summer 2024 - based on the scope of work related to the proposed project

Exterior Cladding:  Spring/Summer 2024

Windows and Doors: 6-8+ weeks for windows and 10+ weeks from the time of go-ahead for doors.
